Good Morning everyone! Welcome to Wednesdays home learning time table. Follow the time table and the links to support you with your learning today!

|9:00||Mindfulness- Complete the mindfulness activity and think about what you are thankful for today. Set yourself a goal to achieve by the end of the day.|

|10:45||Literacy- watch the Youtube Link and do the worksheet in your learning pack or at the bottom of this timetable.|
|11:30||Read for Pleasure at home.|
|12:00||Practice your spellings.|

Complete the workout –
● Run up and down the stairs 10 times.
● 20 star jump
● 20 squats
● 15 Sit ups
● balance on your bottom without using hands or feet for 10 seconds.
● Repeat 3 times
Create your own using different exercises.

8:00am:Wake up. Get dressed. Eat breakfast.
9:00am: Maths: Complete tasks set on purple mash. Practice your times-tables.
10:30am Literacy: Complete tasks set on purple mash. Choose 8 words from the spelling sheet in the blog to practice.
11:30am: Reading: Read to your grown up – what do you think will happen next in your story?
12.:00pm Handwriting: Practice your letter formation of 'k'. Practice writing words that begin with this letter.12.:15pm Lunch
1:00pm: SMILE time : Engage –Follow the calming breathing exercise Rainbow Breath - Flow | GoNoodle The video is below on the blog post.
1:20pm: PE :
Complete the workout –
- Jog for a minute
- 20 star jumps
- 10 press ups
- 10 sit ups
- 10 hops on each leg.
Repeat 3 times
To make it more challenging you could do it in the snow!Create your own workout using different exercises. Email us a video of your PE workout.
2:00pm : Watch assembly on the blog.
What have you accomplished this week? What have you enjoyed this week? What are your goals for next week? Draw a picture describing your feelings about your week.
Please also spend the day finishing off and checking any tasks from this week. If you missed any lessons Monday-Thursday you could do these today or re-try any that you found tricky.
